This is a fairly Early Pressing with 1S/4S as part of the LP's Matrix.

The RCA "Dogs" are considered to be of true Audiophile quality. This recording is no exception.

As impressive as it's 'Bigger Brother' (Power of the Orchestra) is, this recording - sold as part of a set along with 'Power of the Orchestra' - is just as impressive, although done in a somewhat smaller venue.
The acoustic sgnature and spatial cues are captured remarkably well, giving one the impression that 'you are there'. The power of the Pipe Organ is aptly presented with wall-shaking Bass and the unique sound only this instrument can generate.
This recording, while being infinitely enjoyable and listenable, would make a perfect addition/match for someone who already owns it's counterpart (Orchestra) or just loves powerful Organ Music.
Surface noise is generally 'crackles' which are random and present mostly on quiet passages. They are most prominent on 2nd track of Side 1 and less frequent on the rest of the record. While audible, they do not detract in any significant way from the Music.
