Rotel RSP-1069 7.1 Surround Preamplifier / Processor HDMI In Like New Condition

Upgraded to 3D pass. so selling my like new condition Rotel RSP-1069 with HDMI. I bought it in 2008 Christmas from Local Rotel dealer, from the same place the firm was update in 2010. It comes with original Rotel double box, owner's manual, power cord, and remote rr-1060 which is still covered with plastic.
