One pair of Spread Spectrum Technology's Ampzilla 2000 Monoblock amps in very nice condition. Rated 8/10 due to age and several small flaws in one of their chrome faceplates. Rated at 200 watts each, these work perfectly, have ample power to drive virtually any speaker system, and did a great job on my Verity Parsifals. Designed by legendary genius James Bongiorno (engineer & designer for Marantz, Dynaco, SAE, Great American Sound Company, Harman Kardan, Crown, Sumo, & Spread Spectrum Technologies) and who designed amps, preamps, tuners, phono cartridges; and both tube and solid state gear.
Bongiorno's goal in his Ampzillas was to create amps that combined the power, tight bass, and extended highs of solid state with the liquid midrange & beauty of tubes; in essence the best of both. Reviews have substantiated that he succeeded and have stated that these amps are the equal of any under $100,000. I prefer them to either my previous McIntosh & Plinius solid state gear but have now decided to go in another direction; tubes and high efficiency ribbons.
My price is exceptionally fair, firm, and PayPal is accepted. These can be picked up here at my home in East Palestine, Ohio 44413 or I will double box and ship them anywhere in the continental United States for $250.
