Offered here is a sterling example of Audio Research's take on switching technology, the 300.2 power amplifier, based on Tripath Class D technology. The amp produces 300 WPC into 8 Ohms or 500 WPC into 4 Ohms with minimal heat.
This is one of four ARC amps I own and it's seen light use in a living room system powering a pair of KEF LS50's. That's overkill since even my D200 can power the KEF's.
Cosmetically, the amp is in stellar condition: no marks, dings or issues and clean, inside and out. Operationally, it's performed flawlessly.
Being sold with the original ARC double shipping cartons (in excellent shape), power chord and owner's manual.
Asking price of $1,750 includes PayPal fees and FedEx Ground shipping to anywhere in the Lower-48. Please note that I only ship within the Continental United States - no exceptions.

| How old is amp? Hello:
I'm the second owner of the amp but have no way of verifying its age. The amp was produced between 2004 and 2007 and its serial number is 14302904. I'm certain that a call to ARC would answer the question of the unit's age. Thank you. |
