I purchased this from an Audiogon listing about 18 months ago. It includes everything pictured including the upgraded remote plus the original box and owner's manual. There are no scratches or blemishes on it and it functions perfectly. I upgraded to a PS Audio BHK preamp so I am selling this Ayre preamp. You don't see this preamp listed for sale very much because it sounds clean and precise. I think you will be very happy with this preamp.
