Boulder L5AE Preamp Fully Balanced

Item Description: This is a very rare opportunity to acquire this excellent line stage preamp. The performance is outstanding and lives up to the outstanding Boulder reputation with the most accurate musical conveyance I have had the pleasure of experiencing. It was designed and hand assembled in the USA. The L5AE features fully balanced operation from input to output through 2 balanced inputs and a balanced output. There are RCA inputs and outputs as well. As I hope you can see in the picture the build quality is up there with the best and reveals the roots of the now world famous Boulder statement quality. There is another L3AE concurrently listed which was the model under the then top of the line L5AE. The L3AE retailed for $2,225 and the L5AE retailed for $3,995 when new. This unit is in near mint condition with no flaws to report and it functions flawlessly. As is apparent by the condition, this has been sparingly used since bought new in the late 90's. It comes in the Boulder packaging for safe delivery.
