Hafler P-4000

Estate sale Mosfet  200 Wpc Hafler P4000 professional power amplifier with manual, power cord and a pair of XLR-to-RCA cables. This amp draws on Jim Strickland's "Trans Nova" topology from the legendary Acoustat TNT-200.  It ts fully adapted for use as a reliable pro amp or an amp for audiophiles. It does not have fans. There is virtually no background noise from the amplifier in the room or with your ear near the speakers.  Cosmetically, there a lots of little, hard-to-photograph nicks. Nothing the at distracts at normal distances. My understanding is that the previous owner was an audiophile with difficult-to-drive Infinity towers. A strength of Mosfet amps is that they are well-adapted to driving difficult loads.  This Trans Nova Hafler P4000 was manufactured in April of 2002.  Domestic shipping $65.
