The Sony TA-AIES Integrated amplifier has been receiving rave reviews for its fantastic Class "A" sound rivaling amplifiers in the $5000 range in performance! The only area where it needed an ever so slight an upgrade is in the lower bass punch! Avatar Engineering has increased the power supply capacitance by 40% and added Polycarbonate film bypass caps which has put this little gem very near Reference level performance! Other upgrades include audio grade electrolytic and film caps along with metal foil resistors to the Preamp and Headphone amp boards.The headphone amp on this baby is killer! The top cover does have light scratches on it, hard to see in the pictures other than that its in mint condition! Comes with remote, power cable and original box and packing which will be packed in an additional outer box. All reasonable offers will be cordially responded to. Thanks
