Krell FPB-200 Solid-State Stereo Amp

PRICE BREAK -- now $1495.  This
Krell Full-Power-Balanced Stereo Amp has been hardly used at all the last 6
years after it was moved to a studio room used mainly for photography purposes.  We are rating it 7/10 due to its age and to
the fact that one of the 3 blue LEDs is burned out.  But there are no blemishes. It works perfectly, and at this price it is a
truly great bargain.  This model was
introduced in 1997, and we are its only owner (purchasing it new in 2000). it
dominates the older models such as the KSA-150 being sold for near its price. It
is unlikely that you could get Krell to replace the LED lamp but you might be
able to try yourself.  When it is turned
on, 2 of the 3 bulbs show blue.  Of course, we have the original box which adds 17lbs to the shipping
weight.

This
amp’s stats are GREAT even by today’s standards:

The
UV receptor works if you have a Krell Pre-amp with remote control.  It sounds great when used previously with a
pair of Wilson Audio 5.1 Watt Puppies.  The
photo of the rear shows the connections – balanced and single-ended inputs,
double outputs, etc.
