Lavardin IS Reference

Up for sale is an Lavardin IS reference in very good condition. I am the second owner of this really great integrated amp. This is probably the best reviewed amp in its' class. It has some normal ware but looks very good over all. The original owner had the really fine Cardas pure copper speaker terminals installed by a professional shop in manhattan so he could run a subwoofer and they are a pleasure to use.After a few months I had some hum issues, as I run very efficient speakers. I contacted Fidelis Music, who are the importer of Lavardin products in the US, and they interacted with Lavardin for me. The result by Lavardin was to replace the main power board ( the secret section) and this was done. Thus the most important part of the amp is brand new. It sounds wonderful and is a joy to listen to. It is a minimal amp with all design consideration going to the sound. This is the model with no phono stage. There is also no power cord. Please don't use a generic cord as this amp is just too good for that. I used a Nordost Valhalla with great results. Thanks for taking a look. The price includes insured shipping and all Paypal fees.
