I have a nice condition MC-2300 taken from its second owner. Upon arrival it did not turn on. We found two very common issues and have them both up-to-spec. One of the big power supply cans was shorted and one ch had a hand-full of bad output devices. We replaced the can with the new Mallory exact replacement and all 12 outputs on one side with matching modern Motorola replacements. The other ch (as well as the rest of the amp seems to be 100% original. Both driver boards have their 100 ohm "safety" resistors replaced as one was dead and the other "tired" after doing its thing for 37 years. Apart from that the driver boards have 100% original parts which is very impressive. Both channels test just fine at this point and have matching bias/offset, etc. We spend quite a bit of time touching up the chassis , the knobs, face, etc. All bulbs have been tested/replaced . Power cord is included. I do not hve original packing. I do, however, have a huge box and foam packing that is ridiculously close from an EDGE amp I recently purchased. It will be well-packed.
