Musical Fidelity M250 Monoblocks (2)

PRICE LOWERED. Recent ebay auction ended at $691, but for a pair that had scratches and one of the faceplates had all the logos scraped off.

A pair of highly regarded Musical Fidelity M250 monoblock amps are available for only $900 (originally $2400). These powerhouses were designed by Musical Fidelity to be “non-temperamental, bomb-proof” and are effectively monoblock versions of their more famous Nu-Vista M3 stereo amp, minus the tube. I used the M250’s for many years on a variety of speaker systems, including electrostatic panels, and they handled even the most difficult loads with aplomb. I have now switched 100% to active crossover speakers which require many channels of amplification, and although I planned to keep the M250’s forever, I don’t foresee going back to needing 2 channels.

I am the original owner. These are in really great condition, perfect working order. If you are in the SF Bay Area (zip code 94610), I would be happy to demo them, although I only have one pair of regular stereo speakers, and because they are easy to drive, wouldn’t show off the amps well.
