This listing is for a brand new in the BOX never opened Parasound Halo P5 preamplifier. This one is the black version. It was just purchased on 10-8-16 and will have full warranty along with purchase receipt. This Preamplifier also has an excellent DAC, Phono section and bass management. It also has Home theater bypass for integration into a Home theater setup. Excellent reviews all over the internet! This is a great opportunity to save on this excellent Preamp.
