I have a BAT VK-20 solid state preamplifier with phono section in excellent condition. This unit was manufactured in November, 2004. Those of you who are aware of BAT technology will be very familiar with this preamp. It was BATs new answer for solid state preamplification. It has both unbalanced as well as balanced inputs and outputs. The big differences between this and other solid state preamplifiers involves the typical BAT sound - extremely dynamic and a wide soundstage, with great low level detail. The bass response is exemplary. There is also a complete lack of typical solid state 'glare' and etch that can be so common with other solid state preamplifiers.
My reason for selling is that I now use a streamer / DAC / Preamp and no longer have a use for this preamplifier. I have the original packaging and remote as well as the manual.
It is mint except for the fact that I am the second owner. Buyers add 3% for PayPal.
