Hegel P30 Preamplifier in Silver, 115 volt unit that I bought directly from U.S. authorized dealer one year ago.
Excellent condition! the only blemish is a tiny scratch on the top plate near the back of the unit. The preamp has seen minimal use being in my fourth system.
One of the great values in high end preamps! The Hegel packs a lot of sophistication and technology in an elegantly minimalist box, it's quite heavy for its size which means no empty box here! Yet the real treat lies in the sonics, this preamp simply deliver the music in a natural and realistic way, every note sounds crystal clear but never etched nor forced.
Look at my other audiogon ads and you can see I own many high-end preamps including Mark Levinson #52 and MBL 6011F, on the tube side I enjoy Conrad Johnson GAT and Granite Audio 770R, and I've sold dozens. The Hegel is the most affordable preamp that I can live happily for a long time. The only reason for the sale is that I am now using a COS Engineering D1 as my source and preamp.
