The nova220SE (SE stands for "Special Edition") is one powerful stereo integrated amplifier. It puts out 220 watts into 8 ohms and 350 watts into 4 ohms. (Remember, going above a speaker's power rating is rarely a problem; it's underpowering a speaker that you want to avoid!) Among its many features are a high-resolution DAC, four digital inputs (including asynchronous USB to connect the amp directly to your computer), a bypassable triode tube buffer, and a dedicated headphone jack.
Peachtree Audio is known for its attention to aesthetics, and this amp is no exception. The front panel is made from 6mm-thick brushed aluminum with engraved logos and input labels, and the real wood chassis is hand-sanded to a stunning high gloss finish.
I purchased this unit in June of 2016 from Crutchfield. It has no cosmetic issues and looks and works as if it were brand new, but with the benefit of being "broken in."
I decided to use stock photos for this listing as my digital camera is
not very good and because the amp has no defects. However, I can
provide actual photos if you would like them.
