From a child-free, smoke free, pet free home. I've upgraded to a PS Audio integrated and have no further need for this fine preamp. Plenty of information on the web about it, all good.
Cosmetically, it isn't perfect. I give a conservative 7/10. There are some very light scratches on the top LH front corner I have tried to capture on film but they didn't come out very well. The transformer came loose when it was shipped to me. It didn't cause any damage other than to the wooden slats it was fastened to. I have repaired this with silicone adhesive and haven't given it another thought. There is a picture of the transformer.
Sonically however, this is a fantastic preamp. Dead silent in my system until the volume was turned to 11. Responds well to tube rolling and gives you a choice of the 6DJ8/ECC88 or 12AT7/ECC81 simply by moving a jumper. Right now it has a Holland Amperex Bugle Boy 6DJ8 in, which warmed up my system with the Denon POA 1500 and/or Bozak 939, both which are a little on the bright side.
There is a ton of info on this great pre on the web. And it is still supported by Anthem and Chris Johnson at Parts Connexion (AFAIK).

Although new to selling on Audiogon, I have feedback on other sites under the same name. All good!
The only trade I would be interested in would be a ps audio GCA.
