I am reluctantly selling these beautiful looking and sounding speakers to raise money for a pair Guarneri Homages that will hopefully be coming on the market soon. I have achieved excellent results with these speakers with various tube and solid state amplifiers in my medium sized listening room. The speakers are in good shape with the primary exception being an approximate 1" tear in the leather on the back of one of the cabinets. One of the grills has a pull that you can see at a close distance. The drivers are in good condition and fill the room with clean open musical sound. Having compared these directly with the later Home versions, I strongly prefer the original design which to my ears has a more natural midrange and open sound. In terms of build quality, these speakers are amazing and would most likely retail for significantly more money in today's market. At my asking price, these speakers are an absolute steal. Since I do not have shipping boxes, I unfortunately must limit the sale to the San Francisco Bay Area. Price is fair and firm so please do not respond with low ball offers.
