This is a 17-foot pair of Acoustic Zen Satori speaker cables. They are spade-terminated on both ends.

I'm the second owner, and they were purchased by me in mint condition in 2005. There is some cracking of the heat shrink tubing around the spades, and the covering is fraying in some places from rubbing against itself.
These are wonderful cables and the sweet spot in the Acoustic Zen lineup.
