The Transparent Audio Reference XL SS Speaker Cable system is a state-of-the-art filtered cable system that originally retailed for over $12,000. These cables utilize large filter boxes in-line in the cables themselves to completely remove any sense of grain, noise, or distortion; they allow the imaging of a recorded piece to be accurately presented in full as it was originally intended, with specific attention paid to preserving the space and air of the music. We swapped these into our main demo system to try them and it was instantly apparent what a difference the filtration boxes actually make vs a cable without them.
