Well cared for pair in black ash. Purchased new from authorized dealer in 2006. Despite age and my conservative rating, very good condition (no chips or scratches I can detect) and excellent audio performance. Smoke-free environment. The only thing to disclose is that the (hidden) edge of grille cloth on one has started to become un-glued during storage. Can be easily repaired if you want to keep the grilles on - which I never did. I am reluctant to replace these speakers due to their uncanny musical correctness and wonderful coherence and imaging but I will take my chances at upgrading. Sweet treble adds to the renowned Spendor midrange. They are remarkably transparent and life-like. Can research numerous reviews. Have the original double boxes, spikes, and owners manual. Mid-Atlantic pick-up, if convenient.
