This was my entry point into audiophile gear and is a great addition to any collection. Not the authority in bass, but extremely true to life in the mids and highs with a decent bottom end.
I purchased this pair from Optimal Enchantment in the late 80s and they have lived a pampered life in a smoke free, pet free environ. They saw use during the first 5 years of my ownership and then were relegated back to their boxes as I upgraded.
I had the cabinets professionally stained to a walnut color around year 3. They are the "white belly" drivers.
They are drilled for the custom matched sound anchor stands, which come with the sale.
