Audiophile Vibration Control 2 Shelf Component Rack Navy Blue and Black

Up for sale here is a brand new Audiophile Vibration Control 2 shelf component rack in Navy Blue with solid white oak uprights that have been aniline dyed black and finished with clear lacquer. My price is all inclusive and includes UPS Ground shipping in the CONUS.

 Overall rack dimensions with the spikes installed are 25.5” wide x 21” deep x 16.5” high and the unpackaged rack weighs in at approximately fifty pounds.
The shelves measure” wide x 21” deep x 22” wide
with 20-1/2” between the uprights in the front and 14.5” between the uprights
at the sides. The first shelf starts 4” off the floor, there is 9.5” clear
between the shelves with the top shelf 16” off the floor.

 The shelves are 1" thick, American made ApplePly
birch plywood (17 ply and void free) with a 1/4" layer of Navy Blue vinyl
cork on either side for a total of 19 vibration killing layers and a shelf thickness of 1-½. The shelves make for an attractive, durable, non
skid, slightly absorbing and self healing surface.

 The uprights are 2-1/2” square
solid white oak stained black with black aniline dye with clear lacquer top coats and come with nice, heavy duty,
carpet piercing spikes which are adjustable. Protective floor discs are also included.

 Each shelf weighs in at almost 18 pounds with the combined weight of the four uprights being 15 pounds for a total rack weight of approximately 50 pounds unpackaged.

 Assembly is accomplished with mechanical joints using
2-3/4” long 1/4 20 furniture bolts into 1” metal threaded inserts embedded in the side
of the shelves.

The rack ships unassembled, assembly takes about 10 minutes and requires one Allen wrench which is included.

 This rack does an excellent job of isolating
your components and preventing vibrations from reaching them. It is also rock solid with no sway and does not ring.

channel is noticeably cleaner. Eliminates some of the "ringing" for which
Salamander racks are infamous. Monoblocks next, where I don't anticipate as
dramatic an improvement because they rest on some terrific Codia amp stands.
