Stillpoints Ultra Aluminum + Ultra SS Bases eight pieces

Offered for sale are 8 Stillpoints Ultra Aluminum footers and 8 Ultra Solid Steel Bases to go with them. 

I have been using them for the last three years or so under all my components and most recently my speakers.  They all work perfectly and are in fine shape with only the faintest of scuffs, marks etc on them from normal use and not really visible at all, so I am rating them 7/10 to be conservative.   Two of the bases I bought from MusicDirect, all the rest were previously owned too but are in equally fine shape so 7/10 is conservative.     

The 8 Ultra ALs I bought directly from Duane Goldman who runs the Disc Doctor and Lagniappe Chemicals, a business that sells LP care materials.  I believe Duane used to be a Stillpoints dealer and perhaps he still is.  These Ultra ALs do not have the Stillpoints markings on the underside, but they are OEM pieces that Duane got from Stilpoints. They work exactly the same as the others, of course, and are very high performance footers.  I have used them very happily.  The only reason I am selling them now is that I have a slight personal preference for Herbie's footers in my system.  These footers can't be very far behind the Stillpoints Ultra Solid Steel footers in performance as they are identical in construction, although they will be slightly behind I expect, as it is said that solid steel is a preferred material.  So, anyway for the price I believe you will get a very good deal.  
     
I am also offering 8 Stillpoints Ultra Solid Steel bases to go with them.   The bases certainly improve the performance of the footers and allow some flexibility in adjusting height as well. They are in fine condition too and are all marked with the Stillpoints logo on the underside. Acually I have a ninth Ultra SS base only (i.e., no matching footer to go with it) left over from earlier which I can just throw in if you would like to have it.

I do not have boxes except perhaps for a few of thecbases, but will pack it all very carefully.       

I would like to sell them as a set.  They will work beautifully for speakers as well as for components.  The set up is slightly different for speakers than for components.  My NOLA MG2 bases have a 1/4 by 20 thread for the supplied cones and I was able to substitute these Stillpoints and bases very happily there.  I would be happy to describe how I set them up with advice from Stillpoints staff if that is how you want to use them.
