Bowers & Wilkins (B&W) ASW-610 Subwoofer

This classified is for a Bowers & Wilkins (B&W) ASW610 10" powered subwoofer, matte black finish. The ASW610 is a compact (12.5” x 12.5” x 15”; 28 lbs.), sealed subwoofer with a stiff, long throw cone made from Kevlar® fibers and resin. It is driven by a 200
watt Class D amplifier and is capable of decent output when used properly. If you are looking for SVS or JL Audio, shake the entire house bass or if you have a large space you need to pressurize, this is not the sub for you. If, on the other hand, you appreciate tight, musical bass that goes deep, and you are pressurizing a smaller room, you will really like this sub. In my case, it worked well in a 1,600 cubic foot room. The ASW610 has adjustable EQ tuning and phase control on its back panel. Note that, unlike some other subs, the ASW610 has line level inputs, and no line level outputs, which means your main speakers run full range. This allows the ASW to supplement the bass of your main speakers. The EQ tuning and phase help to fine-tune things. I used this sub with Genelec M030 powered monitors and the sub blended nicely. I am selling off several parts of my system to generate funds for my foray into balanced headphones, making this sub available for sale. This sub is less than one year old and in excellent condition. I am the original and only owner.
