JL Audio Fathom F113 13.5‑Inch Powered Subwoofer - no reserve. This sub was originally satin. I returned it to the manufacturer for a brand new gloss black cabinet and to be refurbished to as-new condition as part of the JL Audio factory refurbishment program. This sub is completely sealed in the manufacturer's packaging and includes everything that comes with it when new (mic, gloves, manual and plug).

I purchased the sub new in 2008 and it was refurbished approximately 2-3 months ago. You are correct It has never been unpacked since returning from JL Audio and had a new cabinet installed to make it gloss black instead of the original satin finish.
