Eumig FL-1000up Incredible German Tape Deck

Rare and desirable tape deck from Eumig.  This think is built like a tank, no belts or plastic parts anywhere to be found in the mechanism.  Its pretty much all metal and a good indication as to why these are so desirable.   
Cosmetically it is in amazing condition with no noticeable scratches or imperfections.  The top is super clean, the knobs are all intact, and the display is bright an clear.  
Operationally then unit works.  It plays tapes, rewinds and fast forwards as expected.  I have not tested the record function but there is no reason to believe it doestn work.  The controls are responsive and the filters engage and I can hear the difference tween them.  
Because this is a vintage piece of equipment while I will guarantee it will arrive in working condition i cannot warranty its long term operation.  I assume it will need service at some point.
