TransRotor "Orfeo" 25/25/80 TMD 3 motor turntable

This beautiful turntable has 3 separate stainless steel motors to make the platter spin at constant, non-cogging revolutions for speed stability. The table has two 25mm acrylic plinths to optimize strength and minimize resonance. The platter is an 80mm thick acrylic composite. The inverted hydro dynamic oil fed bearing uses the 7 lb Transrotor Magnetic Drive bearing (TMD) for true isolation. The three motors are controlled by the Konstant M1 Reference power supply which allows you to switch from 33 1/3 to 45 rpm by way of the control knob. No need to switch pulleys etc. The speed is controlled electronically as it should be. The Konstant power supply even has two micro adjustments to allow you to fine tune the speed. The table is equipped with a Graham mount tone-arm board which can accommodate 9”, 10” or 12” arms. In addition it is possible to add additional mounts to allow for up to three tone arms. An SME mount is also available as an option. This is truly one of the most beautiful tables out there and built with precision German engineering.

This unit has been my demo reference table for a little over 4 years and is in outstanding condition. It has been played only about 500 hours and was used with a Graham Phantom arm and Air Tight PC-1 cartridge the entire time. This table truly sounds as good as it looks!
