Audio Research LS-26 / REF 75

I can hardly believe I am selling this combination. The sound is unbelievable. The REF 75 is probably the best sounding amp in the Audio Research line up to date. The LS-26 pre is one of the best sounding preamps according to HI -Fi Choice magazine  Special Edition winter 2007. I suppose there are many more reviews, but this review was the one that stuck in my head. They are both in exceptional condition. Non smoking and always in a separate audio dedicated room. I am willing to sell separately if I have to but trust me these units sound incredible together. 
The Preamp has pretty new tubes only about 175 hrs according to the hour meter. When I bought it it had new tubes shipped with it. The Amplifier has roughly 775 hours on it when I bought the amp I bought the pre at the same time and it had approximately 600 hrs on it. The Amplifier also comes with brand new KT 120 as well. The tubes in it should be good for another 800 to 1000 hours. The other nice little perk is I am also including a Audioquest NRG 1000, 3 foot, 20 Amp power cord for the Amplifier. 
The only reason for selling is I am moving to a smaller set up and actually downsizing my equipment rack. No idea how long it's gonna take before I suffer from empty rack syndrome.lol
