This preamp is in perfect working order. It has excellent dynamic range and smooth sound. It is not a kit, but was hand-built at Bottlehead and is a special prototype with 12 pin sockets. The tube complement is: 2 6AV11 1 12AU7 There are 2 outputs and 3 inputs
It was sent back to Bottlehead in January and checked out by Paul Birkeland as functioning properly
