Cary 805B Rare SET Amp – Updated

Cary 805B monoblock tube amp – fully serviced, good for another 10 years, upgraded capacitors, and upgraded voicing to new modern 805AE sound by Cary expert technicians in North Carolina.

Comes with full set of tubes:
1. New matched pair Golden Lion/Genalex PX300B tubes
2. NOS JAN 1629 tubes
3. Used Valve Art 211 with plenty of life left
4. Used SN7 with plenty of life left

Considered by The Absolute Sound to be one of the ten most significant amplifiers of all time, the sought after Cary 805B's are a very natural, warm, and transparent sounding pair of SET Tube Class A monoblocks. With their gold face plate and knobs, and emerald power button these guys can they have a cool, and unique look. This particular pair is in very good condition, and comes with the crates.

No introduction is really needed for these magical sounding amps. Considered my many to be one of the best amps ever made. Delivers 50 watts of Pure Class "A" power and sheer bliss. These are one of the best sounding amps I have heard, very transparent, natural, warm, and very powerful.

Regarded by many to be superior to the newer CAD-805C. Uses superior 211 output tube instead of 845 used on the 805C.

In perfect working condition and nearly perfect cosmetic condition except the "ON/OFF" letterings have been rubbed off on one amp. Fully serviced by Cary Audio technicians.
