This is a Raleigh Audio MKII Extreme Line Stage assembled by K&K Audio. Kevin Carter has upgraded it twice, adding improvements including the ability to use 6H30 tubes. K&K stepped shunt attenuators are used for separate volume control of each channel. The transformers are all top line Lundahl amorphous core. Excessive gain plagues many of our systems, especially with many of the current digital source components, so I had Kevin install switches allowing switchable (toggles inside case) linestage gain of zero (unity) or +6dB.
There are one balanced output and one RCA output. There is one balanced and one unbalanced RCA input. This is equivalent to the Premium parts current offering with amorphous core transformers.
Rated 9/10 for a couple of short, superficial hairline scratches on the top plate. I have taken great care of this linestage and it is functionally perfect. The tubes are matched, balanced Sovtek 6H30PI from the TubeStore with about 50 hours use. BTW, this preamp displaced the Wyetech Ruby in my system, so this preamp design truly is worthy of the big league.
