These are truly rare gems, especially in this pristine condition. Custom covers included. Mark 3 version, self-biasing. Serial numbers 0607201/2. Considered to be one of Kevin Hayes' finest, and perhaps the best triode amp ever made. It uses 300b tubes to get that accurate, 3 dimensional, musical sound with perfect timbre. These amps, unlike other 300b based amps, can drive any speaker with a conservative 70 watts/channel. Recently re-tubed with brand new premium grade Shuguang treasure 300B from parts connexion and NOS RCA Jan Crc 6sn7 GT231.
Details: The unit is self-biasing and rated at 70wpc would be a conservative statement. Amps weight around 85lb each and I will use a separate box for the tubes, which also have their own premium boxes. Listed conservatively as 8/10
