Modwright 9.0SE Signature with Upgraded Tube Rectifier Stage. Excellent sounding tube preamp for it's price point, it's extremely dynamic. I have been very happy with this preamp and has impressed my audiophile friends. The unit comes with Brimar EZ34 Rectifier Tube ($150) value and two 5687 Tung-Sol Black Top D Getter tubes. I will also include 2 Sylvania Gold Pin 7044 (5687 equivalents with low hours) and a set of Jan Phillips 5687 tubes. The unit comes with a small black remote that works perfectly but unfortunately my dog got to it a while back and cracked the top part.
The overall look of the unit is pretty good, the front plate is in really nice shape. There are a few marks and and a small scratch (see photos) hence rating of 7/10.
