For sale, an excellent Western Electric 422A tube. Purchased recently in the hope of finding another matching tube. Although as luck would have it, found a matched pair of GEC Marconi U52. The Western Electric 422A to me slightly betters the Marconi rectifier across the frequency band, and tonally. I've included the specs. which were presented to me before purchasing. WESTERN ELECTRIC 422A Date Code 5826
The pictures show the test for each half. Testers are Sencore TC-162 and Signal Corp. I-177 In-Service Tested with 1951 Class a Craftsmen 500 for 3 hours.
