LaGrange one-arm turntable with arm mount cut for Brinkmann tonearm, the arm mount plate has space to be cut for one or two other arms.

Rare, should be as good as any turntables selling for several times of the asking price. I own another 2-arm LaGrange so this one is for sale.

Sale is for table, power supplies (one tube and one solid state) and base only, not including tonearm or cartridge, the picture with tonearm and cartridge is just to show what it looks like when playing a record.

There is enough space on the arm mount plate to cut for one or even two more tonearms, any decent machine shop should be able to do it at a reasonable cost, I had one done for $120. Rotating the arm pod will give infinitely adjustable distance between center of tonearm bearing and center of platter spindle, overhang can be easily setup. Spec'ed to fit 9"~10.5" arm. Arm pod for up to 12" arm available from Brinkmann or I think it's not that hard to design and build your own stand alone arm pod for any arm with the existing pod, let me know if you have questions.

The custom made HRS M3 base (chosen by Brinkmann, critical for achieving best performance) is included.

LaGrange's platter is 16kg, vs 18kg for the Balance's platter, it's pretty much negligible difference at that range. Both share the same heated bearing, power supply and motor. Performance should be very very close to the Balance if not identical, I suspect very few, if any, can tell the sonic difference.

Reading Michael Fremer's review on the Balance, he seemed to "subtly" say Balance is the best turntable he ever reviewed. It's quite entertaining to read that review and see how he compared the Brinkmann to other top tables. 6-moons' review (which mentions LaGrange) tells a very similar story. Positive-Feedback has a review on LaGrange, and you can see everyone is trying hard to describe a new listening experience through Brinkmann.

I am the original owner, the table is in excellent condition, have original boxes (except for the Ront tube PS) and manual,

3 heavy boxes for the table and base about 50 pounds each plus one smaller one for the tube PS. Shipping and insurance cost will be decided after sale since the site doesn't let me put in 4 boxes for shipping estimate.

Accepting offers mainly for deciding shipping and insurance cost purpose, low offers will be ignored.
