Providing decades of steady, reliable, performance, this
truly classic VPI turntable comes in a glossy black finish. Included are a
dealer-installed Sumiko MMT tonearm and a Grado Gold high-output MM cartridge
with low miles. Also included are the optional VPI dust cover, VPI record lamp,
and a spare VPI turntable belt. I’ve updated my system many times through the
years, but this VPI has been my go-to turntable. It shows some signs of wear-and-tear.
The plastic piece that holds the tonearm broke some time ago, perhaps due to
overuse. It is still fully operational and it still rocks the house. This
turntable deserves a loving home from an audiophile who appreciates a genuine
classic.
