VMPS 626R with Sound Anchor stands

VMPS 626Rs in piano black lacquer with the upgraded carbon fiber megawoofers and Soundcoat. They are on the Sound Anchor stands built to VMPS's specs, with the solid panel in the front, specifically for the 626R. (You can see the stand illustrated on the VMPS site on the 626R page.) Will not sell speakers and stands separately.

Brass hexagonal binding posts, tuning pots for the midrange and tweeter. (Please note that like all 626Rs of this period, the sticker on the back says FF1 and FF3 - do not be misled. VMPS have written in 626 on them next to the serial number. For another typically VMPS oddity, the foam pads on either side of the tweeters are rectangular on the left speaker, round on the right. VMPS says this is purely cosmetic and makes not difference to the sound - they are easily replaced if desired however. See photos.)

In perfect working order. Lovely mids from the ribbons and overall an extremely coherent speaker, and one that fits well in almost any space or decor. Surprisingly easy to drive for a 3-way speaker with ribbons - 90db sensitivity. Selling because we need speaker with wider dispersion than a ribbon can give, since they are used in an office setting. Cosmetically some light marks, nothing egregious.
