VON SCHWEIKERT AUDIO VR-2s FLOOR STANDING SPEAKERS

For Sale; One pair of Von Schweikert Audio VR-2’s in African Hazelwood serial #
#’s 1325R & 1326L. This is an impressive sounding pair of speakers with a small footprint. The VR-2s earned Absolute Sounds "Editors Choice Award Most Recommended Component" & Editors Choice Best Buy. The New retail selling price was $3000.00. Cosmetically they are in excellent condition having No scratches or nicks. No Disappointments. Included is the owners manual, base plates, factory packaging material & boxes.

This pair of VR-2s have had up-grades that were personally added AND are recommended by Albert Von Schweikert. Those up-grades include;

The factory wool material was removed and replaced with "No Rez" dampening material. The cost was $250.00 & purchased directly from Von Schweikert.
The driver baskets were damped to eliminate any ringing/resonance.

Note; The cabinet bottoms have a resonance chamber which is designed to be filled with lead shot OR sand to achive ultimate cabinet dampening. "Strongly Recommended" Each cabinet will consume 50lbs of lead shot each which is "Not Included".
