Selling my Wavelength Audio Proton to move up to the Cosecant. This DAC is an amazing performer with a smooth clear sound. Supremely listenable and dynamic. Since the Proton has a variable volume control, it can be used directly feeding your amplifiers.
Simple DAC design with an Asychronous USB input feeding a Wolfson DAC and output through a pair of Mundorf capacitors. You can't go wrong! As a bonus it has a really good headphone out also.
Avoid the wait and get a fully settled in Proton.
