This item is in near mint condition. I just purchased it right here on Agon, and decided not to keep it. What can I say, I'm a neurotic audiophile! But, really, it's a fantastic sounding DAC. All the things said about it are true. Just doesn't fit with the sound I'm trying to create.
It has an elegant design. Looks much better than the DAC2 (in my opinion)
