Here is the system in our living room. The artwork is in two panels that slide apart to reveal the TV.

Next to each speaker is a stack with four Klimax Solo 500 amplifiers and one Exaktbox crossover. Each stack weighs about 100 pounds.

Here is a rear view of the stack. The system uses balanced XLR connectors from the Exaktbox (at the bottom) to each of the amplifiers.

This is the 4K Acoustic Array. The three smallest drivers are (from top to bottom) the midrange, tweeter and super-tweeter. The larger driver behind them is the upper bass.

In the lower part of each speaker are a pair long-throw servo controlled bass drivers, each powered by its own internal 1500W switch-mode power amplifier. These deliver a very deep and precise low end that never gets boomy.

This is the heat sink on the back of the speaker. The bass gain can be easily adjusted to suit your room or your taste.

The speakers have very good leveling spikes that are adjusted with an included spanner.

Here is a detail of one of the metal base corners. Some of these were a little beat up when I bought the speakers, so I had them sand blasted and nickel plated. They look very clean.

This image shows the analog speaker connections coming from the Exaktbox crossover. The XLR connector on the left feeds the Lower Bass amps inside the speaker.

Here is a clearer view of the connection panel.

This image is to show a small scratch on the top of the right speaker, in the center of the left edge. It was there when I bought them and the refinisher was worried about sanding through the maple veneer, so he cleaned it up and applied the finish.

In this view it almost disappears.
