XLNT Condition Micro Seiki MA-505 Audiophile Tonearm + Fidelity Research FR-1 MK2 LOMC Please Read - Won't last long!

Please read description carefully. There are 2 tonearm cable options, ONLY 1 of them will go with the arm. I am leaving the choice up to the new owner. The cartridge (still in excellent condition) is included at the asking price. If you do not want the cartridge I will deduct $150 from the asking price.

OK so I've been hanging onto this gem for a number of years and have finally decided that it's time to let someone else enjoy this extremely fine crafted piece of mechanical genius.
It's rare to see tonearms built to this level of mechanical precision, and no doubt something built to this standard today would be several thousands of dollars for sure.
Look carefully at the pictures, this tonearm is in fantastic condition for its age, and functions perfectly. The only issue worth noting is the original tungsten thread has a couple of strands that have become unraveled from the main group of threads. It still functions and applies accurate VTF starting from about 1 gram and up. I don't have the manual or template but both of those are readily available for free download at vinyl engine's website.

I'm assuming if you are looking this then you already know what it is, and probably know more about it that I do. I acquired this with a Kenwood KD-500 turntable that I purchased years ago (turntable was sold a long time ago, I kept the cherished arm).
Some things to note about this amazing arm, it is a dynamic balance type, it supports on-the-fly VTA adjustment (which operates as smooth as new), and it supports on-the-fly VTF adjustment, which is quite rare with a non-electronic tonearm, and of course on-the-fly anti-skate adjustment is supported too. The VTA range is significant since there are 2 adjustments, 1 adjustment gets the arm to the overall proper height so it works with practically any turntable out there, this is a one-time, hand done adjustment with set screws, the 2nd adjustment is done with the swivel arm that allows 6 mm of range adjustment On-The-Fly meaning you can listen for the sonic improvement as you are tweaking the VTA to the ideal position.
Most MA-505 tonearms you will see are way above my asking price, and many of those are not in the condition that this one is in. This has very low hours on it and it shows. There are no nasty gouges, scratches, nicks, corrosion, etc... it is very clean for its age, I tried to capture the best images I could, please review them carefully.
I don't have the box for this (or the cartridge) but I will pack this to survive anything that the couriers can dish out at it, check my feedback and buy with confidence.
Due to scammers, I am not accepting any return on this. If you don't agree to that then please look elsewhere. The arm is in spectacular condition for its age, and for those that know what this is, they will appreciate the great value that is being offered here.

Remember, only 1 tonearm cable comes with the arm. You have to advise which one you want. When I purchased the Kenwood turntable and this arm, the Sumiko PB-1 was the tonearm cable that came with it. The other cable is from an Audio Technica AT-1005II tonearm from the same era. You get 1 cable, not both.

Also, if you don't want the cartridge I will immediately refund $150 back to your PayPal account, and will ship it without the cartridge, but you have to advise that at the time of purchase, otherwise you get the arm and the cartridge at the listed price.
