| I have two chances to find one locally, slim and none. I have another thought. I live in Rogers, AR which is 400 miles from Springfield. I am retired and could drive to meet you somewhere between here and Springfield. I would be willing to drive 250-300 miles if you could drive the rest. Give that some thought. If I am going to have to assemble the cartridge onto the tonearm, I would rather buy a new one. I sure miss having a local audio store such as I had in the 60s and 70s in Memphis TN where I grew up. unfortunately I dont have time to drive and meet. I can look into shipping it assembled, I'm just not sure. I want you to be happy with the purchase. If you feel like driving I'd $1K even. Thanks

| Jim, let me think this over. I should have had the foresight to realize that the components would probably have to be in the state they were original in. I have thought about driving to Hannibal and then Springfield for some time. I am an amateur photographer and interested in Mark Twain and Lincoln's hometown. I will get back to you tomorrow. Yeah let me know. Probably could get some good photos. Not sure what else I have or could throw in to make it worth your time. If you looking for anything let me know. |
