I just purchased this from SoundPure in Durham, NC, but decided that headphone listening is just not for me. I'll stick to my speaker system. Not any fault of this amp, I just hate having sound only around my head. As far as head amps go, I don't know of a better value. It ticks all the boxes: small, solidly built, versatile (3 selectable analog inputs), can drive almost any headphone well, neutral, natural, transparent, and does justice to the entire audio spectrum. All for less than $500. The next step up as far as quality is probably the Pass Labs HPA-1, I'm guessing, and it doesn't offer balanced inputs. Rating at 9/10 conservatively - it's practically new.
