Like new and amazing sounding. These have won best of show several times at various audio shows and are the best of many speakers I've owned. I bought these as dealer demo's 1 year ago - at the time of purchase they only had approximately 40-50 hrs of use - they needed about 700 before the bass came into it's own. As you can see in my pics I have 2 JL 112 subs that I had purchased previously for my Soundlab M1-PX. The Analysis do not need the subs at all but sometimes I play old progressive music and the subs do help fill in below 35-40hz - I usually can't even tell they are turned off - I have the subs at 24db/35hz xover and very low level. My room is pretty open (15x36x14) and the entire back is open. These can get really loud without any hint of breakup like other panel speakers I've had - you also don't have to sit right in the center to get a nice spacious soundstage and good imaging - they sound fantastic in the kitchen ;-) These are the biggest in the model line except for the Orion which adds 2 more bass panels. These stand 7' tall and are 2.4' wide & 2.8" deep. They have the original reference external crossovers but I improved on them by installing Duelund Cast resistors($230), VH Audio OIPM & CUTF($500) caps & Mundorf silver/oil caps($450) - internal wiring is JPS Aluminoy - the single inductor is a Goertz copper foil($100). The improved parts made a stunning difference in purity and transparency - they did take forever to burn in though.. I have the original baltic plywood crates that are in great condition and all the originally included items. I'm simply looking to try something different - I've kept these longer than any other pair of speakers I can think of. The condition of the panels is a solid 9 with no defects that I can see - the external xovers are also in very good condition except for some hairline cracks in the finish/coating on the corners - there are no dings etc.. - I'm not sure how it happened but I received them that way(I think the coating might have shrunk??) - you could always spray an old tee shirt with some greyish spray paint and rub over the hairline marks to fill them but I never bothered - the xovers are behind the speakers anyway. It's difficult to photo them because my room is dark - the rear windows have dark tint and I also have solar screens. I placed them and they haven't moved. We have no kids or pets and do not smoke. The current retail on these is about $32K with the reference xovers. I am looking to move them at around 60% off retail!!! I haven't seen another pair of these for sale since I bought them(Amphitryon). If your a fan of panel speakers and want something that can rock these will do it. I've driven them with Art Audio Quartet amps which are about 45-50W and they played as loud and without strain as I would ever want. The ASR I have is a perfect match too. They are the easiest of the model line to drive and are about 6 ohm impedance. If your interested I don't mind doing an audition and pickup is welcome. Shipping weight is about 400 total for 4 crates. I prefer wire transfer or MO and will ship(at buyers expense) after payment clears.
thanks
