I have an Audiomat Arpege Reference in excellent condition. I bought it from a reputable dealer. I was so bowled-over by this amp that I bought a far more expensive Aria and am letting this one go.
Google for reviews. Look at all Audiomat amp reviews as they are all quite similar and share very much the same house sound.
This amp struck me as having the smoothest and most refined midrange and treble I'd ever heard, and I have owned a number of pricey SET amps. It is crystal clear and never mushy or euphonic (I can't stand that anymore.) Please see the reviews, especially the 6Moons review of the Opera, for lengthier descriptions of the Audiomat sound.
Serial # is 8337.
The box is original with a large outer box and lots of packing.
The tubes are excellent NOS provided by Audiomat - the EL34s are Siemens! They show no signs of age.
The amp is completely silent in operation - dead silent on high-eff (95 dB/W) speakers. The volume control is slightly scratchy when moved - just needs a cleaning with contact cleaner if it bugs you.
(The photo shows case screws missing but that's only because I did not re-install all screws after installing the tubes - I have all screws and all fit perfectly.)
