Clayton Audio M200 Class A Mono blocks

JUST IN CASE YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH THESE AMPS THEY ARE A PAIR OF 200WPC MONOBLOCKS OF PURE CLASS A POWER. VERY SWEET SOUNDING, NOT SOLID STATE DRY AT ALL. THE WARMTH OF TUBES WITH THE SPEED AND DYNAMIC PUNCH OF SOLID STATE! Amps are in great though not perfect condition cosmetically. Upon close inspection there are a couple of scratches here and there. Only noticable when I polished up the Piano Black finish. Only mentioning this I know some people are looking for perfect. Scratches really aren't noticable unless you are within 2' and looking at the amp from the correct angle to see them. Amps were purchased to serve as my reference amplfiers. Why selling? Moving back to SET type tubes. Amps were recently sent to Wilson Shen for upgrading. Upgrades include: Larger power supply, caps and other internal improvements. Not only are these more powerfull than stock they are dead quiet! Retail cost on the upgrades $2500.00. Retail for the amplifiers $10,500.00. Amps also include six newly installed HiFi Supreme Tuning fuses ($89.00 retail each), WBT binding posts, XLR inputs (sorry no RCA), manual, and OEM shipping boxes. Amps do not come with a power cord. So, you will need to purchase a pair. In that regard I may be able to help. Just ask! Amps are highly reviewed and currently reference amplifiers for Dave Clark (Editor in chief at PFO). They were to serve as my reference amps but I got the itch to buy SET. Beautiful pure Class A sound that is fast, rich, powerful, and very tube like in many aspects. 200 Watts per channel of pure Class A amplification so they do run warm.
