Custom Grace G714 ARm Kenwood KD500 Turntable

Here is your chance to own a one of a kind arm with a beautiful table.

After enjoying the original Grace G-714 arm for a few years, I started to realize that it wasn't sounding as good as some other tables that I heard with the same arm. I ended up sending it in to a shop to have it rewired only to find out the wood of the arm had warped beyond repair. I wasn't prepared to get another arm because I loved to Grace so much.
So I had it custom reproduced!

This arm has been custom machined from 5/16 6061 aircraft aluminum with silver wire along with a teak veneer to make it match the original arm. When it was complete the weight of the new arm was within en effective mass of .66 grams of the original! A true work of art! I also had a RCA box installed so that I could use silver wire IC's that were made for me by the same person. (I'm keeping those!)

Anyway, after finally getting enough money to upgrade my entire system, I purchased a beautiful Nottingham table. That is the only reason I am putting this table/arm combo up for sale.

I have spoken with the person who rewired the arm and he has given me permission to offer a LIFETIME GAURANTEE on the wiring itself as long as you contact him within the first 30 days of you purchasing the arm.

The arm is truly a beautiful match for this table and I would like to sell them together. If you do not want the table, I will knock $100 off the price. Yes I am only selling the table itself for $100 because I just don't have the room to keep it. The acrylic cover is in perfect condition and the hinges are perfect.

******This arm will also come with silicon fluid AND a MintLP protractor that was custom made for this combo. That is a $115 option for free! You can tell that this was my baby and I took very good care of it. It is just time for me to upgrade.

The only issue with the arm is the fact that the hydraulic lift is not holding up the arm. I am not sure what the cause is, but it never stopped me from being able to listen. It just took extra special care when placing the stylus on the record.
