Pair of Nearfield Acoustics Pipedreams Model 924 matching speakers Towers are beautiful burl walnut with fixed grills. Bases are black. The towers measure 76" tall ( with base's) 10" wide 12" deep The bases measure: 19" wide 20" deep. They are seriously impressive! NINE 5.25" midrange drivers and TWENTY FOUR x 1" thin dome silk tweeters in each tower. The towers have a nominal 8 ohm impedance. The speakers are very efficient and fall between 90-97db. I don't have maximum power handling, but it would be very hard to overpower the towers as the work is spread over so many drivers. You can drive them with either solid state or tube amps, they play very smooth and loud if needed but given how many drivers there are they are never strained or stressed. Additionally, since these are point source speakers they will have very little room interaction so you will hear more of the actual music and less of your room with these – and that makes a dramatic difference. These speakers were $39,000 when new. These are located in NSW Australia. Yes I can ship overseas.
